本文报告了用改进的章谷生等~(51)Cr释放法检测癌肿病人及其它病人ADCC(Antibody dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity;简称ADCC)活力的结果。20名健康成人ADCC活力指数平均值为57.7;宫颈癌及其它癌肿病人共42名,ADCC活力指数平均值为24.7;16名肝炎病人ADCC活力指数均值为24.9;而宫颈炎及急性肝炎恢复期病人ADCC活力指数均值为48及54,接近正常值。以上结果以图示之,呈现出以35为界的正常人与癌肿病人间ADCC活力指数的正常值与非正常值的分界线。
This paper reports the results of the detection of the activity of ADCC (Antibody dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity; ADCC) in cancer patients and other patients with the improved ~ (51) Cr release method by Zhang Gu-sheng et al.
