前言氟奋乃静癸酸酯是吩嗪类的一种强安定剂,为了增加药物的稳定性与延长疗效,减低付作用,将过去的油针(放置过程易变色),改革为以吐温80,司盘80为乳化剂制成肌注乳针剂,本文是对已确定的处方工艺制备的乳针剂用加速法进行了稳定性研究。关于乳剂不稳定的变化规律已有研究,在稳定性研究方法上也有许多报导,我们的工作是考查了氟奋乃静癸酸酯在制剂中的化学稳定性,予测了有效期;考查了此乳针剂的加热时间与紫外分光吸收度的变化;也考查了此乳针剂的加热时间与电导率的变化。
