长江上游水土保持重点防治区第二次工作会议今天在武都召开。这次会议的主要任务,是总结交流一年来的经验,加快治理步伐,提高治理质量,巩固治理成果;落实1990年的防治任务,把水土保持重点防治工作搞得更好。现在,我就一年来的工作情况和进一步推动长江上游水土保持重点防治工作深入开展的问题,向会议作一简要报告。
The second working meeting of key areas for water and soil conservation in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River was held in Wudu today. The main tasks of this meeting are to sum up the experiences of the past year, speed up the pace of governance, improve the quality of governance and consolidate the achievements of governance; and implement the prevention and control tasks in 1990, and make the key prevention and control work on water and soil conservation better. Now I will give a briefing to the meeting on the work done in the past year and the further promotion of key prevention and control work on soil and water conservation in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.
