传统课堂教学面向全体学生集中授课,突出整体性,故名宏课,它的主要特点是以课堂教学为中心,重视教师教学主体作用发挥,但很难实现因材施教,学生主体作用很难发挥。与宏课相比,来源于翻转课堂的微课可以有效弥补宏课的不足,其“短、小、精、活”特点更容易调动学生学习的自主性,将宏课与微课有机结合,在初中课前教学活动中开展微课学习指导,为初中教育教学改革提供借鉴。一、初中宏课教学的结构性不足
