一直以来,创造价值就是每一个企业赖以生存的目标,这也是每一个企业存在的主要价值。在现代企业的管理中,财务管理占据核心地位但是在我国的实际状况中,即使是规模较大的上市公司,其财务管理能力和水平还无法通国外先进国家的大型跨国企业相比,其中的差距较为明显。因此,提高我国企业的财务管理能力不仅能尽快提升我国企业的管理能力,更能进一步提升惬意的国际市场竞争力。虽然近年来我国企业财务管理能力和水平从整体上看有了一定程度的提高,但是频繁出现的各种财务舞弊、财务造假、经营失败等案件的发生使得我国上市公司的发展受到严重威胁。本文将站在价值创造的角度,就我国上市公司财务管理能力的提升问题进行探究。
