综述了浸出硫化矿的自养菌种筛选与改良的研究进展。指出必须对现有菌种的氧化特性、微生态关系及其群落演替进行深入研究和建立有效的常规育种方法———主要为诱变法 ,同时结合此法以积累有遗传标志的原材料 ;指出高温菌种的筛选和基因工程育种是今后的研究方向
The research progress of selection and improvement of autotrophic bacteria leaching sulfide ore was reviewed. It is pointed out that it is necessary to conduct an in-depth research on the oxidation characteristics and microbial ecological relationships of the existing bacteria and their community succession and to establish effective conventional breeding methods - mainly mutagenesis, combined with this method to accumulate raw materials with genetic markers; It is pointed out that the screening of high temperature bacteria and genetic engineering breeding are the research directions in the future
