细菌 90B4 2 2对茄果类作物青枯病和烟草青枯病等有良好的防效。研究表明 ,经90B4 2 2菌液处理的番茄种子的发芽势及植株茎的粗壮度分别是对照的 1.2 3倍和 1.0 6倍 ,番茄青枯病防效达 70 %～ 80 % ,增产 11%左右 ;该菌能够在植物体内繁殖 ,并表现出对番茄种子 (浸种 )具有发芽势高、健株防病和增产作用。
Bacterium 90B4 2 2 has good control effects on solanaceous bacterial wilt and tobacco bacterial wilt. The results showed that the germination potential and the stalks of the tomato seeds treated with 90B4 2 2 liquid were 1.2 3 and 1.0 6 times of the control respectively. The control effect on tomato bacterial wilt was 70% ~ 80% and the yield was 11% ; The bacteria can multiply in plants, and showed the seeds of tomato (soaked) with high germination potential, plant disease prevention and increase production.
