目的研究容量分析法测定有效碘含量不确定度来源及影响因素,以提高测定的准确性。方法依据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》要求,以络合碘为对象,对有效碘含量测定的不确定度进行分析评定。结果取样液50 ml测定有效碘的扩展不确定度为0.034 g/L,取样液20 ml测定有效碘测的扩展不确定度0.056g/L。取样液50 ml测得有效碘含量均值为5.05 g/L,其合成标准不确定度0.017 g/L,其扩展不确定度为0.034g/L,有效碘含量5.05 g/L±0.034 g/L的测定值更接近真值。结论按规范取样50 ml测定消毒剂有效碘含量比取样液20 ml测定结果更接近真值。
Objective To study the sources and influencing factors of the uncertainty of effective iodine content by volumetric analysis in order to improve the accuracy of the determination. Methods According to the requirements of JJF1059.1-2012 “Assessment and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement”, the uncertainty of the determination of effective iodine content was evaluated with complexed iodine. Results The extended uncertainty of the effective iodine in the sample solution of 50 ml was 0.034 g / L, and the extended uncertainty of the available iodine in the sample solution of 20 ml was 0.056 g / L. The average effective iodine content of 50 ml of sample solution was 5.05 g / L, the synthetic standard uncertainty was 0.017 g / L, the extended uncertainty was 0.034 g / L, the effective iodine content was 5.05 g / L ± 0.034 g / L The measured value closer to the true value. Conclusion According to the standard sampling 50 ml determination of disinfectant effective iodine content than the sample solution 20 ml measured results closer to the true value.
