As normal decontaminant acids and alkaline were used for decontamination of spent fuel reprocess-sing plant. But their efficiency is lower after repeating utilization due to the existing of hotspot (high doses spot). For fixed contaminants on the hotspots it is necessary to use more efficacious decontaminant.
