针对开槽机刀齿的高硬度、高耐磨性等性能要求,对刀齿材料GCr15进行进行相应的工艺热处理,使得钢中铁素体、珠光体转化为细小的回火马氏体,同时,热处理后钢中存在分布均匀的细小颗粒状碳化物将对对基体组织起到强化作用,使得硬度、耐磨性进一步提高。文中并对热处理后的刀齿材料进行实验测试获得了优于原进口刀齿的硬度、韧性、耐磨性等力学性能,解决了进口开槽刀齿限制,降低了使用成本。
In view of the high hardness and high wear resistance performance of slotted cutter, the corresponding process heat treatment is performed on the cutter tooth material GCr15, so that the ferrite and pearlite in the steel are transformed into the small tempered martensite. At the same time, After the heat treatment, the uniform distribution of fine granular carbide in the steel will play a strengthening role on the matrix structure, so that the hardness and abrasion resistance are further improved. In the paper, the mechanical properties of the tooth materials after heat treatment are better than the hardness, toughness, wear resistance and other mechanical properties of the imported teeth, which solves the limitation of imported slotted cutter teeth and reduces the use cost.
