2014年10月23日,十八届四中全会在京落幕,会议审议并通过了《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》。习总书记向全会作了说明,由此可以看出党中央推进依法治国的决心。要依法治国必须先进行普法,而对中职学生进行法制教育迫在眉睫,全国中职示范校建设已经进入第三批,示范作用要全面,德育工作也应领先。我国通过近几年来对学生犯罪进行了防御和措施的方案,能够及时控制了部分未成年犯罪增长的势头。
On October 23, 2014, the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee concluded its operation in Beijing. The meeting reviewed and passed the “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Major Issues concerning the Legal Promotion of the Country According to Law.” General Secretary Xi made a briefing to the plenary, from which we can see the party Central Committee’s determination to push the country according to law. To rule the country according to law, popularization of law must be carried out first. However, it is imminent to carry out legal education for secondary vocational students. The construction of a national secondary vocational demonstration school has entered the third batch. The demonstration should be comprehensive and moral education should be the first. In recent years, our country has conducted a program of defense and measures against student crimes, which can promptly control the momentum of the growth of some juvenile crimes.
