城市用水常用氯化法消毒,自来水中氯离子浓度是水质监控指标之一。目前,国内自来水厂多沿用化学法或常规比色法,耗费试剂多、分析速度慢。J.Ruzicka等曾提出了水中氯离子的流动注射分析法(FIA)。在此基础上,本文采用了双光束吸光光度计与流动注射技术相结合,以硫氰酸汞为显色剂,测定了自来水中微量氯离子,结果令人满意。试验部分一仪器与试剂 740型紫外可见分光光度计 FIA-Tl型通用流动注射分析仪(东北电力学院仪表厂) 旋转式采样阀(沈阳电影反光镜厂)
Commonly used urban water disinfection chlorination, chloride concentration in tap water is one of the indicators of water quality monitoring. At present, many domestic water plants follow the chemical or conventional colorimetric method, consuming more reagents, the analysis speed is slow. J.Ruzicka et al. Proposed flow injection analysis (FIA) of chloride in water. On this basis, the dual-beam absorptiometer combined with flow injection technique was used in this paper. Mercuric thiocyanate as chromogenic reagent was used to determine the trace chloride in tap water. The results were satisfactory.
