贲门癌淋巴结转移是最主要的转移方式,尤其是最早累及贲门右区、左区、胃小弯及左动脉干。据报道诊断贲门癌而施行根治性胃大部切除时发生淋巴结转移者高在60％,为手术切除造成困难,而临床病理分期是选择贲门癌合理治疗方案的基础,为此我们探讨胃左动脉血流动力学的改变,判断有无淋巴结受侵,结合超声显像对癌肿侵润深度的直观显示,初步进行术前临床分期,为临床提供可靠的影像学资料。
Cardiac cancer lymph node metastasis is the most important means of metastasis, especially the earliest involvement of the right cardia, left, gastric curvature and left arterial trunk. According to reports, the occurrence of lymph node metastasis in patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for diagnosis of cardiac cancer is 60% higher, which is difficult for surgical resection. Clinical pathological staging is the basis for the rational treatment of cardiac cancer. Therefore, we investigate the left gastric artery.
