目的了解和掌握天津市河东区放射工作人员外照射个人剂量情况,为更好地开展放射防护工作提供依据。方法采用热释光剂量仪检测2013—2015年天津市河东区放射工作人员的个人剂量计,并对结果进行分析。结果河东区3年共监测放射工作人员689人次,3年总的集体剂量当量为288.75人/m Sv,人均剂量当量0.42 m Sv/a,年剂量当量低于1 m Sv的占监测总人次数的95.4%,未发现年剂量当量在15m Sv以上的监测数据。不同工种的放射工作人员,以医用诊断X射线放射工作人员贡献集体剂量当量最多,为171.74人/m Sv;但介入放射工作人员的人均剂量当量最高,为1.04 m Sv/a。结论河东区总体放射工作人员个人剂量处于较低水平,在日常工作中,应重点关注介入放射工作人员的放射防护水平。
Objective To understand and master the personal exposure dose of radiation workers in Hedong District, Tianjin, so as to provide the basis for better radiological protection. Methods The personal dosimeter of radiation workers in Hedong District of Tianjin from 2013 to 2015 was detected by thermoluminescence dosimetry and the results were analyzed. Results A total of 689 radiological workers were monitored in Hedong District during the three years. The total collective equivalent dose for 3 years was 288.75 persons / m Sv, the average equivalent dose per person was 0.42 m Sv / a, and the annual equivalent dose was less than 1 m Sv. Of the 95.4%, did not find the annual dose equivalent in more than 15m Sv monitoring data. Radiation workers of different types of work contribute to the collective dose equivalent of 171.74 persons / m Sv by medical diagnostic X-ray radiographers; however, the highest per capita equivalent dose of intervention workers is 1.04 m Sv / a. Conclusion The overall dose of radiation workers in Hedong District is at a low level. In daily work, we should pay more attention to the radiation protection level of interventional radiologists.
