不同类型短季棉品种的离体子叶在暗处理诱导衰老条件下,随着处理时间的延长叶绿素含量逐渐降低;蛋白质含量处理0~1天下降,1~5天又上升,5天后迅速下降;过氧化氢酶(CAT)前3天变化不明显,后期活性下降;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性前5天逐渐升高然后下降;中16两选系(中119和中427)过氧化物酶(POD)活性前3天基本不变,然后逐渐升高,而中10和辽4086前3天迅速升高,随后又迅速下降。短季棉品种在各项指标基本趋势一致的情况下仍存在着显著的差异。早衰型中10,后期各项指标下降速度最快;早熟不早衰型中16(中119与中427),后期下降速度较慢;晚熟型辽4086前期各项指标不高,但后期下降幅度较小,仍能保持较高水平。
