Not long ago, Network World Fusion invited some readers on the Internet to attend an “online” seminar on the rationale of the Communications Health Act (CDA) and how to prevent unhealthy media from affecting the Internet on young people. The U.S. federal government has partially passed the CDA Act to punish groups or individuals that spread pornography and violence on the Internet.
