《房屋渗漏修缮技术规程》(送审稿)(以下简称《规程》送审稿)审查会于1994年10月21日至23日在南京召开。出席会议的有来自建设部、冶金部、北京、天津、上海、武汉、南京等地建筑、房管部门的设计、施工单位的领导、专家以及《规程》(送审稿)编制组成员。建设部房地产业司副司长、中国工程建设标准化协会住宅修缮委员会主任谢家瑾、建设部标准定额司副司长俞德寅也出席了会议。中国工程建设标准化协会住宅修缮委员会秘书长朱宝隆主持了会议。 《规程》(关审稿)是建设部根据“建标字(1992)第217号文”的精神下达的,由南京市房管局主持,北京、天津、上海、武汉和西安等地的房管部门,经过2年多的调查研究,在多次征求专家意见的基础上,数易其稿,最后共同编制完成的。 《规程》(送审稿)设置了总则、屋面渗漏的修缮、墙体渗漏的修缮、厕浴间渗漏修缮和地下室渗漏修缮五个章节。
The “Technical Regulations on House Leakage Repairs” (draft for review) (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulations” for review) review meeting was held in Nanjing from October 21st to 23rd, 1994. The meeting was attended by leaders from the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Metallurgy, Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Wuhan, and Nanjing, and the leaders of construction units, experts, and members of the “Procedure” (draft for review) preparation team. Deputy Director of the Real Estate Department of the Ministry of Construction, Xie Jialu, Director of the Housing Improvement Committee of the China Engineering Construction Standardization Association, and Yu Dejun, Deputy Director of the Department of Standardization and Quota of the Ministry of Construction also attended the meeting. Zhu Baolong, secretary general of the China Housing Construction and Repairing Committee of the China Engineering Construction Standardization Association, presided over the meeting. The “Procedure” (Consideration Draft) was issued by the Ministry of Construction in accordance with the spirit of “Building Characters (1992) No. 217 Document”. It is chaired by the Housing Authority of Nanjing, and the housing management departments of Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Wuhan and Xi’an. After more than two years of investigation and research, and on several occasions soliciting opinions from the experts, it was easy to make copies of the manuscript, and finally it was finally compiled and completed. The “Procedures” (draft for review) set out five chapters: General Regulations, Repair of Roof Leakage, Repair of Wall Leakage, Repair of Leakage in Toilet Room, and Repair of Leakage in Basement.
