本研究用集团结构适应性原理探讨CH_3OH、C_6H_6、CH_3C0CH_3及DMF等二十四种溶齐Et_3N+EtI,Me_3N+O_2N-(?)-Cl及C_5H_5N+CH_3I等反应速率的影响.发现溶剂化作用与溶剂分子及反应物分子(或过渡态分子)的特征集团之间结构适应性十分重要.即使对于同一类型的Menschuthin反应,反应的一般特征虽然相同,但随着反应分子结构的改变,反应机理细节亦会有所变化.当溶剂分子的特征集团结构与反应机理特征相适应时 溶剂对反应速率往往有较大的促进作用;不相适应时,往往有阻碍作用.
