今年以来,金华市在全市范围内启动了以破僵尸企业、破低效用地、破围墙圈地、破既得利益为主要内容的“四破”专项整治行动。金东区从2009年初就开展了以低效企业整治和闲置工业用地处置为主要内容的清闲促产工作,5年来,共盘活存量工业用地1980亩,增加税收近3亿元。今年开展的“四破”专项整治行动是土地集约节约专项行动和清闲促产行动的延续和深化,是加快金东区工业经济转型升级的重要举措。
