国家能源局印发的《2017年能源工作指导意见》明确了2017年中国能源发展的主要目标、重点任务和重大工程。2017年能源工作的九大重点任务为化解防范产能过剩、推进非化石能源规模化发展、推进化石能源清洁开发利用、补强能源系统短板、加强生产建设安全管理、推进能源技术装备升级、加强能源行业管理、拓展能源国际合作和着力提高能源民生福祉。在推进非化石能源规模化发展上,明确了水电、风电、核电和太阳能行业的发展重点:
The “Energy Guide for 2017” issued by the National Energy Administration specifies the main goals, major tasks and major projects for energy development in 2017 in China. In 2017, the nine key tasks of energy work are to resolve and prevent overcapacity, promote the large-scale development of non-fossil fuels, promote the clean development and utilization of fossil fuels, reinforce shortages of energy systems, strengthen the safety management of production and construction, and promote the upgrade and enhancement of energy technology and equipment. Energy Sector Management, Expanding International Cooperation in Energy and Making Efforts to Improve the Energy and People’s Livelihood.
