为了探讨中药增骨丸对去卵巢大鼠血清及骨髓上清中白细胞介素 1β(IL 1β)的影响及血清和骨髓上清中IL 1β的关系。将 4 8只 8月龄Wistar雌性大鼠随机分为正常对照组 ,模型组 ,乙烯雌酚组及三种不同浓度的增骨丸组。每组 8只。正常组仅摘除一段肠系膜 ,其余 5组做卵巢切除术。术后 1周开始给药 ,连续用药 90天后取血和右侧股骨。分离血清及骨髓上清 ,分别测定血清及骨髓IL 1β的含量。结果显示 ,卵巢切除后大鼠血清及骨髓上清中IL 1β的含量均明显增高 ,而经过雌激素及中药治疗能明显降低卵巢切除所致的IL 1β的增高 ,且血清与骨髓上清中IL 1β的含量呈总体正相关 ,但骨髓上清中IL 1β的含量明显高于血清。表明中药增骨丸通过抑制IL 1β而防治骨质疏松 ,这是该药的作用机理之一。血清骨髓上清的变化比较一致 ,但骨髓上清的含量更具有意义
To investigate the effects of Chinese Herbal Zenggu Pills on serum and bone marrow supernatants of ovariectomized rats, the effect of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and the relationship between serum and bone marrow supernatant IL-1β. Forty-eight 8-month-old Wistar female rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, ethylene-estradiol group, and three different concentrations of Zenggu Pills group. 8 in each group. In the normal group, only one mesentery was removed and the remaining five groups were subjected to ovariectomy. Dosing began one week after surgery, and blood was taken and the right femur was taken 90 days after continuous administration. Serum and bone marrow supernatants were separated and the serum and bone marrow IL 1β levels were determined. The results showed that the levels of IL-1β in the serum and bone marrow supernatants of the rats after ovariectomy were significantly higher, but the treatment with estrogen and Chinese herbs can significantly reduce the increase of IL-1β induced by ovariectomy, and serum and bone marrow supernatant IL The content of 1β was positively correlated, but the content of IL 1β in the supernatant of bone marrow was significantly higher than that of serum. It shows that traditional Chinese medicine Zenggu Pill prevents osteoporosis by inhibiting IL-1β, which is one of the mechanisms of this drug.
