目的:总结p73在肿瘤发生发展过程中的作用及其在肿瘤防治领域的研究现状。方法:应用PubMed及CNKI期刊全文数据库检索系统,以“p73”为关键词,检索得到1997-01-2009-06的相关文献共1 560篇,其中中文文献318篇,英文文献1 242篇,纳入标准:1)p73的结构特征;2)p73的功能;3)p73与肿瘤的关系。根据纳入标准,选择30篇中、外文核心期刊作为参考文献。结果:p73的功能可能取决于TA亚型与DN亚型的比例,且与家族成员间网络化的相互作用,p73所受应激因素,所处细胞环境,组织类型及肿瘤类型等相关。结论:p73与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,在肿瘤防治领域有广泛的应用前景。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the role of p73 in tumor progression and its current status in the field of cancer prevention and treatment. Methods: Using PubMed and CNKI periodical full-text database retrieval system, we retrieved a total of 1 560 articles from 1997-01-2009-06, including 318 Chinese articles and 1 242 English articles , Inclusion criteria: 1) the structural features of p73; 2) the function of p73; 3) the relationship of p73 with tumors. According to the inclusion criteria, 30 Chinese and English core journals were selected as references. Results: The function of p73 may depend on the ratio of TA subtypes to DN subtypes, and is related to the network interaction among family members, the stress factors of p73, the cell environment, the type of tissue and the type of tumor. Conclusion: p73 is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors, and has broad application prospects in the field of cancer prevention and treatment.
