黄亚奇1958年生于沈阳,1978年考入鲁迅美术学院,1982年大学本科毕业留校任教,现任鲁迅美术学院水性材料绘画系主任、教授、硕士研究生导师。中国美术家协会会员,中国美术家协会水彩画粉画艺术委员会委员,辽宁省美术家协会副主席,辽宁省美术家协会水彩画艺术委员会主任,中国美术家协会第七、八、九、十、十一届水彩画粉画展评委,文化部第十届中国艺术节美术作品展评委,中国美术家协会中国百年水彩画展评委。1995年,水彩画《惠安女》系列入选首届中国中青年水彩画展,获学术奖,1996年,水彩画《记忆中的后院》入选东北三省水彩画联展,获评委特别奖。1999年,
Born in Shenyang in 1958, Huang Yaqi was admitted to the Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in 1978, and graduated from university in 1982 to teach.
