当归六黄汤由当归、生地、熟地、黄芩、黄连、黄柏、生黄芪等七味药组成.具有滋阴清热、降火燥湿、益气固表的作用,为临床治疗盗汗良方。几年来笔者用此方加减治疗儿科多种疾病引起的盗汗,取得了较好疗效。现举例介绍如下: 1 黄疽性肝炎盗汗 张×,男,7岁,1989年7月24日初诊。感染急性黄疸性肝炎已有3月。自汗、盗汗不止,乏力纳呆,恶心便干、右胁疼痛、舌红、苔薄黄、脉细数。证属气阴两伤,湿热余邪未尽,治当滋阴燥湿、清热止汗、佐以柔肝止
