1995年11月7日至8日,以胜利炼油厂为主、石油大学(华东)协助研究、开发,并在该厂最先推广应用的“气压机新型密封技术”通过了部级鉴定。与会代表们认为该技术达到了国际先进水平,并纷纷要求尽快使用这一新技术。
From November 7 to November 8, 1995, Shengli Refinery mainly passed the ministry-level appraisal of “New Type Air Press Sealing Technology” which is supported by the University of Petroleum (East China) and was firstly promoted and applied in the plant. The participants considered that the technology has reached the international advanced level, and they all demanded that the new technology should be used as soon as possible.
