论入世后我国服务贸易市场的开放及其对策

上个世纪90年代以来,全球经济竞争的重点正从货物贸易转向服务贸易,服务业已成为全球经济增长最快的部门,在一国国民经济中的地位和作用日益重要,其兴旺发达的程度成为衡量现代化水平的一个重要标志。党的十六大明确提出,要“加快发展现代服务业,提高第三产业在国民经济中的比重。”因此,在现阶段必须大力发展服务业,明显提高服务业增加值占国内生产总值的比重和从业人员占全社会从业人员的比重,并把扩大服务业领域的对外开放作为我国更广泛地参与国际竞争、融入经济全球化的重要内容。

It also regards expanding opening up in the service sector as an important part of our country’s wider participation in international competition and integration into economic globalization.
