目的分析C/S版管理模块在儿童预防接种信息管理系统(Childhood Immunization Information Management System,CIIMS)的应用效果,为推进信息化管理在免疫规划工作的应用提供科学依据。方法对3个县(区)试运行管理平台C/S版管理模块地区,用PPS容量概率法调查疫苗合格接种率。通过预防接种数据质量、工作效率、业务拓展情况,对其使用效果进行评价。结果使用C/S管理模块后,儿童疫苗合格接种率提高、儿童重复个案数和重卡数降低、流动儿童疫苗接种率及家长满意度提高,且使用前后差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 C/S版管理模块的应用,能实现局部区域内数据共享和异地接种,提高儿童预防接种数据的质量和工作效率。
Objective To analyze the application effect of C / S management module in Childhood Immunization Information Management System (CIIMS) and provide a scientific basis for promoting the application of information management in immunization planning. Methods Three county (district) trial operation management platform C / S version of the management module area, using PPS capacity probability method to investigate the vaccine eligible vaccination rate. Through the prevention of vaccination data quality, work efficiency, business development, the use of its evaluation. Results After using the C / S management module, the eligible vaccination rate of children increased, the number of repeated cases and heavy cards decreased, the vaccination rate and parents’ satisfaction of migrant children increased, and the difference was statistically significant before and after use (all P <0.05 ). Conclusion The application of C / S management module can achieve data sharing and off-site inoculation in local area and improve the quality and work efficiency of vaccination data in children.
