我国图书馆的知识管理仍处于起步阶段,知识管理的战略性、系统性和可操作性仍是其面临的重大挑战。Technology roadmapping(技术路线图)是一种有效的知识管理工具,可以将其引入图书馆知识管理中,结合我国图书馆知识管理的具体环境及研究现状,分析技术路线图对图书馆知识管理的促进作用,探讨形成一种标准化的可操作性强的知识管理路线图结构及其制定模式,从而整合图书馆关键业务流程,提高图书馆知识管理的可操作性,进一步推动图书馆知识管理实践。
The knowledge management of our library is still in its infancy, and the strategic, systematic and operational knowledge management is still the major challenge it faces. Technology roadmapping is an effective tool for knowledge management, which can be introduced into the knowledge management of library. Based on the specific environment and research status of knowledge management in our country, Technology roadmapping analyzes the promotion of knowledge roadmap for library knowledge management And discuss the formation of a standardized and operable knowledge management roadmap structure and its formulation mode, so as to integrate the key business processes of the library, improve the maneuverability of library knowledge management and further promote the practice of knowledge management in libraries.
