日前,江西省考委、省教委联合省计委、省公安厅、省人事厅、省粮食局下发《关于江西省高等教育自学考试农业户口毕业生“农转非”问题的通知》(赣计综字[2000]04号)。通知规定,凡江西省常住农业户口(居住时间满5年以上者)参加江西省高等教育自学考试委员会统一组织的考试,取得由江西省自考委和自考委确定的主考学校共同签署的专科以上毕业证书(含专科),已被机关、企事业单位录(聘)用后(含被非国有企业聘用而人事关系、档案由县(市、区)以上政府人事部门所属人才交流服务机构实行人事代理的人员)、年龄在40周岁以下的毕业生,准予在单位所在的乡镇办理“农转非”及落户。
