齿形弹性垫圈是机械制造中常用的紧固件(图一),分内齿、外齿和内外齿等数种。垫圈的规格和技术要求见GB699—65。制造这类垫圈的冲模有它独特的结构要求,本文就制造内齿和外齿弹性垫圈的冲模设计作一介绍。
Tooth elastic washers are commonly used in machinery manufacturing fasteners (Figure 1), divided into internal teeth, external teeth and internal and external teeth and other species. Gasket specifications and technical requirements see GB699-65. To create such a washer die has its own unique structural requirements. This paper presents an introduction to the die design for manufacturing internal washers and external washers.
