观察并验证基因工程链激酶(r一SK)对人血凝块的溶化作用及对脑组织毒性作用、分别采用r-SK(实验组)和生理盐水(0.9%NS)(对照组)注入人血凝块形成的SD大鼠脑内血肿腔,观察血肿溶化效果、结果显示:实验组15例中,7例血肿完全溶化,5例血肿部分溶化,3例血肿未溶化;对照组14例血肿均未溶化,有显著差异(P<0.01)。病理组织学观察:实验组血肿周围脑组织病理改变轻于对照组、结论:r一SK对动物模型脑内血肿局部应用有良好的溶化人凝血块作用;而对周围脑组织无毒性作用。
