9月10日,达县市政府召开了初保工作会议。传达了卫生部,省初保委有关文件及国务委员彭佩云同志在全国农村卫生建设经验交流会的讲话和地区卫生工作会议精神。市政协领导作了《市政协视察我市初保工作的情况报告》,市政府分管市长宣读了市人民政府关于进一步加强初级卫生保健工作的《决定》。会议要求“农民负担要减轻,初保工作要加强”,并对今后工作做了进一步安排布置,市人大、市政府领导在会上作了七条指示:一是要进一步提高认识,迅速扭转农村不再搞初保工作的错误认识,把初保工作纳入各级岗位目标考核;二是各级政府要多种渠道筹集资金,发展农村卫生事业;三是要大力宣传卫生知识,增强群众健康意识;四是要进一步完善农村卫生站建设管理,坚持集体办站的原则,提高村医的政治业务素质;五是各部门要明确职责,齐心协力,做协调工作;六是要坚持量力而行,群众自愿的原则;七是要进一步完善规划,明确目标,逐步实施。

Re-doing the misunderstanding of the initial protection work, the initial protection work will be included in the assessment of targets at all levels; Second, governments at all levels will need to raise funds through various channels to develop rural health services; Third, it is necessary to publicize health knowledge and enhance people’s health awareness; Fourth, we must further improve the construction and management of rural health stations, adhere to the principle of collective management of stations, and improve the quality of village doctors’ political work; Fifth, all departments should clearly define their responsibilities and make concerted efforts to coordinate work; Sixth, we must persist in doing our best.
