目的:研究膨润土与灯盏细辛总黄酮的作用机理。方法:采用XRD、IR及SEM对膨润土结构进行了表征,并研究了膨润土对灯盏细辛总黄酮的吸附行为。结果:膨润土中的蒙脱石是SiO2和Al2O3为主要成分的层状化合物;膨润土对灯盏细辛总黄酮的吸附符合Freundlich模型,吸附动力学符合Lagergren方程,吸附反应活化能9.802 kJ·mol-1,可以自发进行。结论:初步判定吸附机理为表面吸附和氢键作用力,证明膨润土与灯盏细辛总黄酮具有较强结合能力。
Objective: To study the action mechanism of bentonite and erigeron flavonoids. Methods: The structure of bentonite was characterized by XRD, IR and SEM, and the adsorption behavior of bentonite on Erigeron flavonoids was studied. Results: The montmorillonite in bentonite was a layered compound containing SiO2 and Al2O3 as main components. The adsorption of bentonite on Freundlich was consistent with the Freundlich model. The adsorption kinetics was in accordance with the Lagergren equation. The activation energy of adsorption was 9.802 kJ · mol-1 , Can spontaneously. CONCLUSION: The adsorption mechanism was primarily determined by surface adsorption and hydrogen bonding forces. It was demonstrated that bentonite has a strong binding capacity with total flavonoids of Erigeron breviscapus.
