艺术品收藏催生了艺术市场的产生。自1992年北京国际拍卖会开中国文物与艺术品拍卖之先河,中国的艺术市场似乎要用短短20年的时间跨越欧美艺术市场一个世纪才能走过的历程。在这段历程当中,中国的艺术市场经历了多次的高峰与低谷。2010年在中国艺术品拍卖史上具有划时代的意义,全年拍卖总成交额达588亿元。从上拍作品数量看,中国书画占到了53.29%的比重,而油画及当代艺术品仅占4.10%,其余份额由瓷器等中国传统工艺品占据。2011年春拍,以北京保利、中国嘉德为首的内地
