目的 :观察 70味珍珠丸对“血瘀”大鼠血液流变学的影响 ,了解其活血化瘀作用。方法 :ig 70味珍珠丸 ,并用冰水浴刺激和sc肾上腺素 ,制造大鼠“血瘀”模型 ,测定血液流变学各项指标。结果 :70味珍珠丸可明显降低“血瘀”大鼠低切变率下的全血粘度、全血还原粘度 (P <0 .0 5 )、红细胞聚集指数 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)及红细胞压积 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;同时也有降低中、高切变率大鼠全血粘度、全血还原粘度、纤维蛋白原以及延长凝血时间和减少血小板数的趋势 (P >0 .0 5 )。另外不改变正常大鼠凝血酶原时间和出血时间。结论 :本品对“血瘀”大鼠可抑制红细胞聚集和凝固 ,降低血液粘稠度和浓度 ,具有一定的活血化瘀作用。但不影响正常的凝血功能。
Objective : To observe the effect of 70 Weizhu Pills on hemorheology in rats with blood stasis and to understand their effects of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Methods :Ig 70 taste pearl pills, and stimulated and sc adrenaline with ice water bath, to create rat “blood bleed” model, determination of blood rheology indicators. RESULTS: 70 taste pearl pills can significantly reduce the blood viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity (P < 0.05), red blood cell aggregation index (P <0. 0 5, P <0.01) and hematocrit (P < 0.05); also reduced whole blood viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity, fibrinogen, prolonged clotting time, and reduced platelet count in rats with medium to high shear rate The trend (P > 0. 0 5). In addition, normal prothrombin time and bleeding time were not changed. Conclusion : This product can inhibit the aggregation and coagulation of red blood cells and reduce blood viscosity and concentration in rats with blood stasis. It has a certain role in promoting blood circulation. But it does not affect the normal coagulation function.
