CRS减水剂属于非荼系减水剂,由湖北省汉阳四新建材助剂厂生产,分水剂和粉剂两种。我们试用的是水剂。它是一种非缓凝非加气性超塑化剂,对水泥具有极好的分散性,对钢筋无锈蚀作用。在混凝土中掺入0.15%,便可节约水泥21~36公斤/米~3,减水率为18.7~29.4%,3天强度提高42~138%,28天强度提高21~67%。试验分物化检验、离心制管及内压检测三部分。 1.所用原材料硫铝酸盐自应力水泥石家庄水泥制品厂产,比表面积大于3700厘米~2/克,SO_3含量为19.5~21.5%,A1_2O_3含量为20~23%。砂产地湖南岳阳,含泥量不大于0.5%,细度模量2.8。石湖北汉阳的瓜米石,含泥量不大于0.5
CRS Water Reducing Agent is non-viscous water-reducing agent. It is produced by Hanyang Sixin Building Materials Auxiliary Plant in Hubei Province. It is divided into water-repellent agent and powder agent. We tried the liquid agent. It is a non-retarding non-aerating superplasticizer, which has excellent dispersibility to cement and no corrosion to steel.
