在工厂扩大试验条件下,开展了组元含量和T851参数对高纯、高韧性2124合金厚板组织和性能影响的研究。试验结果表明,Cu是支配合金强度和断裂韧性的关键组元;Mg对提高断裂韧性有较大的贡献;在Cu、Mg、Mn含量居中限时,2124合金的强度和断裂韧性有最佳匹配;T851处理使2124合金具有良好的抗应力腐蚀开裂性能。推荐了2124合金T851处理的合适工艺参数。
Under the condition of expanding factory test, the influence of the content of component and T851 on the microstructure and properties of high purity and toughness 2124 alloy slab was studied. The results show that Cu is the key component that dominates the strength and fracture toughness of the alloy. Mg has a great contribution to the improvement of fracture toughness. When the content of Cu, Mg and Mn is in the middle limit, the strength and fracture toughness of 2124 alloy are the best match. T851 treatment to 2124 alloy has good resistance to stress corrosion cracking. Recommended 2124 alloy T851 suitable processing parameters.
