以Ni(NO3)2.6H2O为主要原料,以尿素为沉淀剂,采用均匀沉淀法制备超细氧化镍,并通过热重-差重(TG/DTA)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等分析手段对其进行了表征.采用此方法可以得到粒径在1~2μm之间的超细氧化镍粉末.NiO的首次放电容量达到670.5 mAh/g,80次循环后每次循环的容量损失仅为0.031%,表明本法制备的NiO是一种优秀的锂离子电池负极材料.
