砂浆(2001)搅拌机当前在建筑工地广泛使用。可是,普遍存在轴端漏浆现象。主要原因是结构不够合理,如图1所示。其轴孔封浆法兰盘紧靠主轴承,当封浆毛毡安装不正或失效时,便有大量砂浆沿轴缝流出渗入轴承座内,致使主轴轴承发热磨损,严重时还可能产生抱轴甚至烧坏电机。我公司为了解决这一问题,曾做过多种改进,如在封浆结构中加设弹簧,试图以增加封闭压力来增强封浆效果,但结果不够理想。后来改为使用双瓦架密封结构,如图2所示,这
Mortar (2001) mixers are currently widely used on construction sites. However, there is a widespread phenomenon of shaft-end leakage. The main reason is that the structure is not reasonable enough, as shown in Figure 1. The shaft hole sealing flange is close to the main bearing. When the sealing felt is improperly installed or fails, a large amount of mortar flows out into the bearing seat along the shaft joint, resulting in heat abrasion of the spindle bearing.
