经营者对公司的支配已经全球化。直到1930年,美国200家大公司中有65％的公司、80％的资产总额是由经营者支配的。另据勒纳(1963)研究,到60年代初,经营者支配公司的资产占200家非金融企业总资产的85％。在日本,1970年303家最大非金融公司的50％、29家最大的金融机构的90％被经营者支配。英国1975年最大的250家公司中有43.75％,德国1971年最大的150家制造业和商业企业中有52％被经营者支配。下面将从3个方面剖析其必然性和经济合理性。
The manager's domination of the company has been globalized. Until 1930, there were 65% of the 200 largest U.S. companies and 80% of the total assets were dominated by the operators. According to Lerner (1963), by the early 1960s, the assets of the operator-run companies accounted for 85% of the total assets of 200 non-financial enterprises. In Japan, 50% of the 303 largest non-financial corporations in 1970 and 90% of the 29 largest financial institutions are dominated by operators. 43.75% out of the 250 largest companies in the United Kingdom in 1975 and 52% of Germany's largest manufacturing and commercial enterprises in 1971 were dominated by operators.
