按照江泽民同志提出的“三个代表”重要思想的要求,中国共产党必须认真面对新形势新任务的严峻挑战,根据时代变化的特征和现代化建设的宏伟目标,不断提高执政能力和领导水平。为此本文从八个方面概括了必须提高的25种能力。
In accordance with the requirements of Comrade Jiang Zemin’s important concept of “three represents,” the CPC must conscientiously meet the harsh challenges of the new situation and new tasks and constantly improve its governing capability and leadership in the light of the characteristics of the changing times and the grand goal of its modernization drive. For this reason, this article summarizes the 25 kinds of capabilities that must be improved from eight aspects.
