农民工的社会保障问题,关系到我国农村剩余劳动力是否能够顺利转移,关系到我国城市化进程的快慢,关系到我国和谐社会建设的成败。因此建立和完善农民工的社会保障制度,意义十分重大。尽管中央和各地方对农民工社会保障也有一些规定,但由于农民工问题本身的复杂性和具体操作环境的影响,这些政策实施效果并不理想,农民工并没有得到真正的切实有效的社会保障。因此本文试图提出了相应的对策建议。
The issue of social security for migrant workers has a bearing on the smooth transfer of surplus rural labor in our country and the speed of urbanization in our country and the success or failure of the construction of a harmonious society in our country. Therefore, establishing and improving the social security system for migrant workers is of great significance. Although the central and local governments have some provisions on social security for migrant workers, due to the complexity of migrant workers’ own problems and the impact of specific operational environment, the implementation of these policies is not satisfactory and migrant workers have not received real and effective social security . Therefore, this article attempts to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
