投资体制改革已提到议事日程。对地区性的基础设施尤其是电力建设,应在全国布局的基础上积极鼓励和支持地方来搞。广东省电力体制改革的时间不长,效果显著。本期介绍了他们的经验,并发表特约评论员文章《推荐一个地方办电的好经验》。文章就广东省办电的做法谈到对经济体制改革工作的几点重要启示,提出了当前深化改革的一些指导思想,值得重视。
Investment system reform has been mentioned on the agenda. For regional infrastructure, especially power construction, we should actively encourage and support local efforts based on the national layout. Guangdong Province, the power system reform is not long, the effect is significant. This issue presents their experiences and publishes a special commentator article, “A Good Experience in recommending a place for electricity.” The article discusses some important enlightenments on the reform of the economic system on the approach of running electricity in Guangdong and puts forward some guiding principles for deepening the reform at present. It is worth attention.
