应用体内试验将卫氏并殖吸虫成虫分泌排泄产物和成虫浸出液注入豚鼠背部皮内,观察对豚鼠嗜酸性粒细胞和中性粒细胞的影响。在注射后2~4h,注射部位可见少量嗜酸性粒细胞,在8h细胞数达高峰,然后很快下降,24h后只见少量嗜酸性粒细胞。在注射后1h,注射部位的中性粒细胞开始增多,4h细胞数最多,然后细胞逐渐减少,48h降至最低。本研究结果证明,卫氏并殖吸虫对豚鼠嗜酸性粒细胞在体内具有明显的趋化活性。
In vivo tests were conducted to inoculate the secretion and excretion of Paragonimus westermani adults into the dorsal skin of guinea pigs to observe the effects on eosinophils and neutrophils in guinea pigs. After injection 2 ~ 4h, a small amount of eosinophils can be seen at the injection site. The number of cells reached a peak at 8h and then decreased rapidly. A small amount of eosinophils were seen after 24 hours. At 1 hour after injection, the number of neutrophils at the injection site began to increase, the number of cells reached the maximum at 4 hours, then decreased gradually and reached the lowest level at 48 hours. The results of this study show that Paragonimus westermani has obvious chemotactic activity on guinea pig eosinophils in vivo.
