利用幽门螺杆菌具有高活性尿素酶分解尿素的特性作13C-尿素呼气试验检测胃十二指肠疾病60例,随机分为3组,每组20例,分别用13C尿素100mg、50mg和25mg进行检测,结果均可判断HP感染,三者无明显差别。60例中HP阳性37例,HP阴性23例。同时,作胃镜活检组织切片、快速尿素酶试验和培养。计算出13C尿素呼气试验的敏感性100%,特异性为95.8%。我们认为用13C-尿素25mg或0.5mg/kg作呼气试验效果良好,可大大减少成本费的开支。本法系简单非侵入性检测HP感染的好方法,对药物筛选及流行病学的研究很有价值
