笔者看了邓正来先生的《中国法学向何处去》,通过2个月的细心阅读,收获颇多。本书作者邓正来先生多年来一直致力于中国法律哲学的批判与重建工作,他在书中展现的思想、观点、思维方式以及研究的深度都深深的震撼了我这个还在路上的“法律人”。这本著作为我们中国整个法学理论界带来了令人深省的批判,书中旗帜鲜明的指出了这是一个没有中国法律理想图景的法学时代,因此而导致了我们在评价、批判、指引中国法制发展中缺乏理论判准和方向。
The author saw Deng Zhenglai’s “where to go to China jurisprudence”, through 2 months of careful reading, a lot of gains. The author of this book, Mr. Deng Zhenglai, has been devoting himself to the criticism and reconstruction of Chinese legal philosophy for many years. His ideas, opinions, ways of thinking and depth of study deeply shocked me, the “law” people". This book has brought a profound and profound critique as the entire jurisprudential legal community in China. The book clearly states that this is a legal era without a picture of China’s legal ideal. This has led us to criticize and criticize China Lack of theoretical judgment and direction in the development of legal system.
