目的对数字减影血管造影(DSA)X射线机建设项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价,为预防和控制职业放射性疾病提供依据。方法 2014年依据GBZ/T 181-2006《建设项目职业病危害放射防护评价报告编制规范》进行卫生学调查和现场检测,对职业性危害因素进行描述分析。结果 DSA设备的机房防护设计和安全防护措施合理有效,周围辐射水平均在0.12~0.16μSv/h,符合国家相关标准要求。对38名放射工作人员进行了个人剂量监测,平均年有效剂量为0.22 m Sv/a;职业健康检查结果为“可继续从事原射线作业”。结论该DSA机建设项目能有效预防和控制职业放射性疾病的发生。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in the construction of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) X-ray machines and provide the basis for the prevention and control of occupational radiation diseases. Methods According to GBZ / T 181-2006 Code of Practice for Evaluation of Occupational Hazards Radiation Protection of Construction Projects in 2014, the health investigation and on-site testing were conducted to describe and analyze the occupational hazard factors. Results DSA equipment room protection design and safety precautions are reasonable and effective, the surrounding radiation levels are 0.12 ~ 0.16μSv / h, in line with national standards. Thirty-eight radiation workers were monitored for their individual doses, with an average annual effective dose of 0.22 mSv / a; the occupational health examination results were “continue to perform orthotics”. Conclusion The DSA machine construction project can effectively prevent and control occupational radiation diseases.
