本文分析了1976年在美国9个城市16所医院进行的一个大规模病例——对照研究的资料,主要目的是评价使用IUD的妇女发生严重到需要住院治疗的妇产科并发症的相对危险性。重点是IUD使用者、屏障避孕法使用者及用口服避孕药者罹患需住院治疗的盆腔炎的相对危险性,并对使用各种避孕法的妇女与有性生活而未避孕的妇女发生盆腔炎的相对危险性作了比较。病例组妇女共1474例,为采用各种节育措施的盆腔炎住院病人。对照组为同一医院内无盆腔炎的住院病人,共3156例。两组妇女的年龄为18~44岁,均有性生活,入院前6周内无妊娠,30天内限定采用流行的避孕方法。不同避孕方法引起盆腔炎
This paper analyzes data from a large case-control study conducted in 16 hospitals in nine U.S. cities in 1976 to evaluate the relative risk of severe obstetric and gynecological complications in women undergoing IUD . The focus is on the relative risk of IUD users, users of barrier-based contraception and those taking oral contraceptives who need hospitalization for pelvic inflammatory disease and pelvic inflammatory disease in women who use various methods of contraception and women who have sex without contraception The relative risk compared.
