最近一個月之内,北京市的中學物理教師们,在中國物理學會北京分會教學委员會的領導之下,进行了對於現用高中物理課本——壽望斗編“高中新物理學”——的批判工作。依照“人民教育出版社”在這部書的新版卷首刊出的說明,這部書只是“暫時的代用課本”。以這樣一部還在一九三七年編出的舊課本,拿到解放後的今天來用,其不能適合需要,是很容易想見的。我们對這樣一部課本展開討論,主要的目的决不是爲了揭發課本本身的若干疵病,而是拿它當作一個例證,從課本所提出的教學内容,比较研究一下新舊教學思想的主要區別,以及它们對於教學方法和教學内容的限制作用。通過這一次討論,参加討論的同志们在教學思想上
