星状神经节阻滞法治疗头面部疾病是国外近年开展较多的一种新疗法。国内近2年用此法在治疗头面部疾病方面也显示出很好的疗效。本文用星状神经节阻滞治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征12例,近期观察,治愈11例,好转1例,治愈率91％,有效率100％。此治疗方法简便有效,特报告如下:1 临床资料 本组资料男性5例,女性7例。年龄28～55岁,平均41岁。临床上12例患者均有开口受限,开口及咀嚼痛及颞颌关节区压痛,其中5例有关节弹响。X线平片均未见器质性改变。本组病例均为单侧患病。病史最长2年,最短5d,有6例曾在外院行理疗,封闭等治疗,效果欠佳而求治。
Stellate ganglion block treatment of head and face disease in foreign countries in recent years to carry out more of a new therapy. Clinically, 12 patients had limited opening, tenderness and chewing pain, and tenderness in the temporomandibular joint. Among them, 5 cases had snapping sound. X-ray film showed no organic changes. This group of patients are unilateral disease. The longest history of 2 years, the shortest 5d, 6 cases had outside the hospital physiotherapy, closure and other treatment, the effect is not good and seek treatment.
